Function Introduction
This device is suitable for soft pack lithium batteries and manual punching of aluminum-plastic film shells
Process flow: The equipment utilizes the principle of gas-liquid pressurization to achieve the pressure required for stamping forming, converting smaller air source pressure into larger hydraulic output, and servo driving the mold to punch the aluminum-plastic film shell into shape. Manually insert the aluminum-plastic film, and after starting, use the output of the booster cylinder to press the film tightly. The convex mold extends to stretch the film to the desired depth.
