Function Introduction
The equipment is mainly used for stacking square lithium-ion battery cells. The negative electrode roll is subjected to overall correction, tension control, and hardware punching to stack the positive and negative electrode sheets and separator into cells through the stacking process. After the cells are formed, the separator is finished, and then the adhesive is applied and the material is cut.
Equipment Performance
The laminated metal lithium electrode sheet adopts automatic feeding of coil material, equipped with unwinding correction and overall correction functions;
The mold adopts an integrated molding die for punching and cutting, with high dimensional accuracy in the forming of the polarizer;
The mold power is driven by servo and cam linkage, which works synchronously with the main drive roller to effectively provide production efficiency and avoid interference problems;
The mechanism automatically separates the negative electrode sheet from the film, and the negative electrode sheet is transported to the handling position by the transport mechanism, while the film is automatically collected;
The negative electrode is equipped with dual carriers, effectively ensuring the production efficiency of the equipment;
The positive electrode is fed with a magazine and automatically transported and stacked by machinery;
