Function Overview: Suitable for placing lithium batteries in a vacuum state after injection, allowing the electrolyte to quickly and evenly penetrate into the battery cells.

Process flow: Manually place the injected battery into the vacuum box, the cylinder automatically closes the door, the vacuum extraction starts automatically, the vacuum source is automatically connected to evacuate, and the set vacuum degree is reached before entering the static stage. During this period, nitrogen or compressed air can be added to accelerate the penetration rate of the electrolyte. After completing the static process, the pressure is automatically released, and the cylinder moves to open the vacuum chamber.

1. Rack: A bracket composed of alumina, with the floor serving as the lower sealing plate of the vacuum box.

2. Vacuum chamber: a sealed chamber composed of aluminum plate (oxidized), with a transparent organic glass at the front, and a sealed receiving chamber formed by the bottom plate of the frame after being closed.

3. Lifting mechanism: equipped with a long stroke cylinder and guide column guide sleeve, driving the closing and opening of the vacuum chamber.
