Function Introduction
Function Overview: Suitable for pre pumping and hot pressing sealing of (small and medium-sized) soft packaged lithium battery cells after liquid injection and static placement
Process flow: The equipment has upper and lower chambers to form a closed working space. After the battery is placed, the air inside the chamber is first extracted to form a negative pressure state of -60KPa to -90KPa to eliminate the air inside the battery cell; Then, the heat conduction effect is applied to the packaging material (aluminum-plastic film) of the lithium battery through the head, and it is heated and fused together to seal the battery cells.
Equipment Performance
1. Pre set packaging temperature and packaging time;
2. Equipped with low and high temperature alarm functions;
3. The upper chamber is guided by four column linear bearings with accurate precision;
4. The main components are treated with aluminum oxidation for corrosion resistance and wear resistance;
5. Set up light curtain safety protection and front and rear baffle protection;
6. Independent electrical box control, packaged equipment can be conveniently placed in glove boxes;
7. Adopt programmable logic controller (PLC) to achieve automatic control, configure text display, and facilitate operation and setting.
