Function Introduction
Suitable for coating processes of slurry systems such as oil-based or water-based lithium iron phosphate, oil-based lithium cobalt oxide, ternary, lithium manganese oxide, oil-based or water-based negative electrode carbon graphite, lithium titanate, etc;
Workflow: The polarizer substrate is released from the unwinding device, and after correction and rolling, it enters the coating head for coating. The coating head applies according to predetermined coating parameters. When coating on the second side, the coating head can track the overlapping or misalignment coating on the first side. The coated wet electrode sheet is sent to the baking oven. The drying temperature can be continuously adjusted based on the coating amount and coating speed. The dried polarizer is wound up by a winding mechanism.
